Meeting William T. Vollmann and Contemporary American Literature

Ahead of Thierry Jolivet’s reception at the Théâtre de la Cité internationale at La Famille royale, this meeting around American literature of the 20th and 21st centuries will be an opportunity to place the novelist’s work in the broader context of contemporary American literary creation, by opening up avenues for analysis and reflection. More information to come on the Theatre website. This conference is part of the cycle America in all its states organized by the Théâtre de la Cité internationale, including also the exhibition of the American photographer Andrew Lichtenstein. An exceptional opening is planned for Art-Hop-Polis on Wednesday 4 October.
