Located in the basement of the East Wing, the Residents’ Lounge is a relaxing place where residents can gather for a meal made in the kitchen or in the TV corner to watch a movie, a sporting event, or the news.
Exiting by the door of the Lounge, this outdoor space can be used for BBQs on nice days (reservation required 48h in advance at Reception or by Thursday for the weekend.)
Each floor is equipped with communal kitchens with a sink, stove, oven, and microwaves. The recycling and trashcans are also in the kitchens.
The laundry room is self-serve and accessible in the basement of the West Wing 24/7. It is managed by an external company.
Residents have 24/7 access to a beautiful study room on the first floor, where they also have wifi access. The study room is occasionally reserved for events (filming, readings…).
The small library holds several computers and a printer/copier. Print cards can be purchased at Reception. Paper is not supplied.
The Petit Salon is an Art Deco meeting space, next to the Grand Salon, where residents can meet for group projects unless it is rented, or reserved as the backstage for concerts and performances.
The Salon Chicago is just next to Reception. This room is also available to residents except when it is rented or reserved.
The community garden is reserved for the residents’ gardening group and volunteers who deposit the compost collected in the kitchens.
Two soundproofed and completely refurbished music studios can be reserved for time slots of 2 hours. They each have a piano.
A space where the Residents’ Committee can organize yoga classes, dance classes, etc. The room is also available for resident projects (such as rehearsals).
