Interested in renting a space?
The Fondation des États-Unis (FEU) offers rental spaces for professional events (concerts, performances, film shootings, and rehearsals…), but not for private or family gatherings.
Grand Salon
The Grand Salon, which hosts the cultural season at the FEU, is regularly rented for conferences, lunches, dinners, concerts, and film shootings.
Petit Salon
The Petit Salon is an Art Deco meeting and study room opening onto the Grand Salon. It can be used as the backstage for concerts and performances, as an office or as a storage space for large conferences or film shootings.
Salon Chicago
The Salon Chicago is next to Reception and serves as a meeting room, study room or classroom. Under certain conditions it can be rented as a catering setup area.
Meeting Room/Classroom
The classroom or meeting room is configured with an oval table, but can be reconfigured or emptied on request.
Activity Room
This space can be transformed into a meeting room, a classroom, a conference room or a reception area for small cocktail events. It is also a rehearsal space (theater, choir…), a yoga/dance studio (with mirror), and it can host other sport/wellness activities.
Music Studios
Two sound-proofed music studios can be rented for time slots of maximum 2 hours for a class, a half-day or full-day. They each contain a piano.
The Balcony
From October to June, the Balcony is reserved for exhibitions from our cultural program, but it can be rented with or without the Grand Salon for receptions for small groups. It can also be used for film shootings and as a technical booth (sound, lighting).
Study Room
The study room is an L-shaped room accessible 24/7 by residents. Rental is therefore exceptional, usually for film shoots, presentations, or book signings.
