Nikki Shaner Bradford

Nikki Shaner Bradford is an American artist and writer working across photography, performance, installation, and text.

A PhD candidate at Brown University, she is the recipient of the 2026 Adrian Piper Research Archive Multidisciplinary Fellowship, John Hawkes Prize in Fiction, and Beatrice S. Demers Foreign Language Fellowship. Her work has additionally been supported by residencies at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Shakespeare & Company, and the Fondation des États-Unis.
